Mass Save offers rebates to help offset the cost of purchasing and installing an air source heat pump. These rebates make it easier and more affordable for Cape Cod residents to upgrade to energy-efficient solutions. Rebate amounts vary depending on the size and efficiency of the system installed.

How to Participate:

  1. Confirm Eligibility

  2. Ensure Your Home Has Sufficient Weatherization

  3. Find a Qualifying Contractor

  4. Purchase & Install Eligible Equipment

  5. Submit Rebate Form with Required Documentation

Mass Save Financing

However, they also recognize that the upfront costs of upgrades can be a barrier for many homeowners. This is why they aim to overcome this hurdle by providing low-interest financing options, making it easier for you to make these essential improvements to your home.

Available Loan Options With the Mass Save HEAT Loan Program:

You could receive 0% financing up to $25,000 for qualifying energy-efficiency upgrades such as, weatherization, pre-weatherization barriers, condensing boilers and furnaces, water heaters (oil, propane, gas), ENERGY STAR certified replacement windows, and residential batteries enrolled in ConnectedSolutions OR $50,000 for installing heat pumps for qualifying energy-efficiency upgrades.
